Pensacola Local Fall Wildflower Honey

Honey local to the Escambia and Santa Rosa Counties, harvested during the Fall season when we get a second honey flow, not as strong as it is during Spring and Summer! Great for allergies during that time of year. Nutrient dense so a great sugar alternative in baked goods.

Small Batch Hot Habanero Honey

A creation Zoie and Shelby (Zoie’s Dad) worked on for a couple of months due to a very successful crop of habanero peppers in their own garden pollinated by the bees! The first batch was sold, in house only, in August of 2024 and was sold out two months later, a week before Halloween.

Starting at $15.00.

Tupelo Honey

A very rare honey in Florida only harvested in Apalachicola River Basin from White Tupelo Trees that bloom two weeks out of the whole year, as long as the weather permits it!

Starting at $20.00.
