about our florida tupelo honey:
Light golden amber in color with a slight greenish cast.
Derived from the White Tupelo Trees found in the Apalachicola River Basin.
Popular for its unique taste, color, and length of time it takes for it to granulate.
White Tupelo Trees only bloom two to three weeks out of the whole year, and that is only if the weather permits it!
The difficultly on being able to get a good crop is hard and is what gives Tupelo honey is price point.
